Custom WooCommerce Store and Hockey Gear Marketplace for Full House Hockey

A Custom WooCommerce Store for Hockey Apparel, With a Built-In Gear Marketplace

Full House Hockey sells street-art hockey apparel and custom graphics for players, goalies, refs, and everyone who lives at the rink. The brand needed more than a store. It needed a reason for hockey people to come back every week.

I built this custom WooCommerce store on a custom WordPress and WooCommerce theme with an app-like mobile experience, plus JACKPOT, a custom marketplace plugin where players list and sell their own used gear right alongside the apparel drops.

Technologies Used

• WordPress with a custom classic PHP theme
• WooCommerce with WooPayments for checkout
• Custom marketplace plugin for gear listings, seller profiles, and stolen gear alerts
• Rank Math for titles, meta descriptions, and schema

Key Features

• Shop organized by who the buyer is: goalies, adult hockey, girls hockey, kids, refs, and rink life
• JACKPOT marketplace with Sell Your Gear listings, seller profiles, and Stolen Gear Alerts
• App-style mobile navigation with a slide-out cart drawer and site search
• Custom gear design services page for goalie masks and team graphics
• Features section with goalie and gear content that brings people back between drops
• Free shipping threshold and returns messaging in the header to reduce checkout friction

A hockey apparel store and gear marketplace in one, built to sell drops and give the hockey community a reason to come back every week.
